RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Wolf Select Shop.
14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable exceptions.
To request a return, please contact us at wolfselectshop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
IMPORTANT: Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.
Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address. Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may not be accepted.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in substantially the same condition in which you received it, including all accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible.
You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at wolfselectshop@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and, where possible, clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
RETURN SHIPPING
For returns based on a change of mind or withdrawal, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless otherwise stated by us or required by applicable law.
If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with your order, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Do not return any item before receiving return instructions from us.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Where required by applicable law following a valid withdrawal, eligible standard delivery costs will also be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return procedure will apply.
EXCEPTIONS
Certain products may not be eligible for return where an exception applies under applicable consumer law, including certain personalized goods, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or other legally exempt products.
