Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped may need to be handled under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Your statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges, where applicable, will be displayed before completion of the purchase.

Where the checkout states that duties and taxes are included, no additional amount for those included charges will be collected by Wolf Select Shop after checkout.

Any customs, import or other charges not expressly stated as included will be handled in accordance with the information shown at checkout and applicable law.

We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where permitted or required by law.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.

Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers available at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout where available. Most orders typically arrive within 6–15 business days.

Delivery estimates may vary due to destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Any provisions concerning delivery, risk of loss and remedies for late or failed delivery are subject to mandatory consumer protection law applicable to your purchase.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

Returns, withdrawals, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Where you are an EU consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise a right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision within the applicable withdrawal period.

Unless otherwise stated by us or required by law, customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning products when exercising a change-of-mind withdrawal.

Where required by applicable law, eligible standard delivery costs will also be refunded following a valid withdrawal.

Sales made through Wolf Select Shop are transactions between you and Wolf Select Shop, not between you and Shopify.
